  • 3dl cream
  • 3 Yolks (I used from Laitilan Kanatarha eggs)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla arom
  • 3 tablespoons of sweetener or sugar ( I used Sukrin Melis)
  • a few drops of peppermint flavoring

If you  have an ice machine at home make the icecream using that ofc, but for us that dont have one; Whisp everything in a large tub or lunch box and put it in the freezer. After 30 minutes, remove the tub and blend everything thoroughly with a spoon. Set the ice cream back in the freezer and repeat the procedure every 30 minutes another 2-3 times or until you get the desired consistency. Take it out and enjoy! Top with candy.
